Our aim is to provide you with your own individually designed garment that you feel great to wear!

If you are unsatisfied with your product, please get in contact with us immediately.


Faulty product

If your product is faulty at the time of receiving it, we will take the product back and either do a full refund, fix or replace it with a new one.

Example of faulty products: print error made by us, stitching faulty on the garment before being worn.

If finding your product is faulty please contact us immediately and do not wear the garment. Please email us along with photos of the faulty product to

[email protected] and we will be in contact with you as soon as possible.

Our promise

Before we start the production process of your garments we aim to exclude all faults.

We offer an optional proof service for a small cost, if you add this to your order we will then check your artwork and contact you advising if there is anything we believe would not be printable or may not work the way you would like it.

Our proof service does not include the checking of spelling or grammar in text.


Please consider

In order to receive a garment that looks and fits exactly how you like it, please consider the following:

  • Check the sizing tables for measurements that will fit you.
  • Please have a close look and check your order before submitting it.
  • Please contact us immediately if there is an error in your order after submitting it.
  • If you need your order by a certain date please bear in mind shipment for orders outside of New Zealand may take longer to reach their destination.
