Revocation

If your delivery address is within the European Union or Switzerland, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without mentioning any reasons. The revocation period shall be deemed observed if the goods are returned or notice of revocation is given by you or a by you nominated third party, who is not the carrier, within 14 days after the reception of the goods.

For using your right of revocation you have to inform us (Kapinua – a division of Company Branding Shop Ltd., 57 Main Road South, Levin 5510, New Zealand, Telefon +64 (0) 6 367 2277, [email protected]) about your intention to cancel this contract (e.g. by e-mail or mail). Therefore you can use the attached sample revocation form, but it is not necessary to use it. For ensuring the revocation period it is sufficient to send the message containing your intention to make use of your right of revocation before the revocation period ends.

Consequences of revocation

If you make use of your right of revocation, we will have to pay back immediately and the latest 14 days after we received your revocation message all your payments, we got from you - including cost for shipment (except those which are additional because you decided for another shipment type than we offered you as the cheapest for standard delivery). For the back payment we will use the same instrument of payment that was used by the original transaction, except, we have agreed with you something different. In no case we will charge you any fee for the back payment.

We can refuse the back payment, if we haven't received the goods back or until you will prove that you have sent the goods back to us. It depends what will be earlier. You have to send or give the goods back to us immediately and in either case within 14 days after informing us about the revocation of this contract. The revocation period is kept if you send the goods back within 14 days. You have to take over the costs for sending the goods back to us. You only have to be liable for obsolescence of the goods in those cases, if the obsolescence has the reason in a not required handling for checking the quality, features and properties and functionalities.

Exceptions of your right of revocation

The right of revocation doesn't exist for contracts to supply goods that aren't premade and for their manufacturing individual selections or determinations by the customers are made or which are explicitely made on regards of the individual personal requirements of the customer.
Additionally the right of revocation doesn't exist if the delivery address is outside the European Union and Switzerland.

Though we don't produce your garments until you have ordered and paid, we grant you - under certain conditions - the right of cancellation on unworn and unwashed textiles for a period of 14 days after receiving the products.

Please have in mind, that it is not possible to cancel an order for products that have been produced using your personal specifications or have been especially made for you as we can't sell them to anybody else.

If we made a fault during the production of your shirts or if you are not satisfied with the quality at all, then, of course you can resign from your order. In this case we would like to ask you to read first our return policy and get in contact with us immediately. We are not in doubt about getting a fast and easy solution for it!
